📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement personalized workout programs for members using NutriSense and FitnessPro.
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine each member's fitness level and goals.
• Monitor progress, adjust programs as needed, and provide constructive feedback.
• Educate members on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and recovery.
• Assist in group classes and special events to maintain a vibrant gym atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure the gym's training programs align with industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized training area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and research to continuously improve your training methods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, or ACSM preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal training or a related fitness field.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fitness certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
