📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for US-based clients.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and state regulations.
• Process payroll for US-based clients using ADP or similar software.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns for US-based clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• Attend webinars and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our accounting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a US-based environment.
• Familiarity with US GAAP and state regulations.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
