📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and values.
• Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process to build a strong and diverse workforce.
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Collaborate with managers to design and implement performance management systems.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or textile industry.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
