📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the creditworthiness of corporate clients by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential borrowers, including industry analysis and market research.
• Prepare and present credit underwriting reports to the management team, outlining the risks and opportunities associated with each lending proposal.
• Collaborate with the loan origination team to ensure that credit approvals are aligned with the bank's risk management policies and procedures.
• Monitor and assess the credit performance of existing corporate borrowers, providing regular updates to the management team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in corporate credit underwriting.
• Utilize credit scoring models and risk management software to support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members on credit underwriting principles and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate credit underwriting or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with credit risk management software such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and industry standards, as well as international best practices in corporate credit underwriting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
