📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain drivers, focusing on building strong partnerships within the ojol community.

• Coordinate with local partners and stakeholders to expand the driver network.
• Monitor driver performance and provide feedback to ensure high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in driver recruitment, customer engagement, or a similar role in the transportation industry.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
