📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the entire finishing and setting process to ensure high-quality production standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of finishing and setting operators to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Implement and optimize finishing processes using advanced equipment and software such as SAP and ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality control standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain product consistency and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in production processes.
• Monitor production metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement training programs for the finishing and setting team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in textile finishing and setting processes.
• Proven leadership experience in managing production teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of textile finishing technologies and equipment, including but not limited to dyeing, printing, and finishing machines.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with SAP and ERP systems for production planning and control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
