📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Create and maintain accurate technical drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other documentation to project stakeholders.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site personnel.
• Participate in team meetings and project reviews to share insights and contribute to decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision and project planning for infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Bali.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
