In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our healthcare solutions in the region. You will work closely with key stakeholders, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of GE Healthcare's healthcare solutions in Bali.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence in the region.,Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.,Lead and mentor a team of account managers and sales representatives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.,Represent GE Healthcare at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of accounts and market performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a strategic account management role within the healthcare industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing large accounts.,Strong knowledge of the healthcare market in Indonesia and the ability to develop strategic partnerships.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of GE Healthcare's products and solutions is a plus.,Ability to travel frequently within Bali and to other regions in Indonesia.
