🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic HR roles.,Proven track record of implementing effective HR policies and programs.,Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
