📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.,Participate in cost control and budgeting for kitchen supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a professional setting.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends.,Possession of a relevant culinary certification or degree is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
