NEXA Nusantara is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.
