📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings, ensuring a diverse and qualified pool of applicants.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
