📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are identified.,Maintain a strong understanding of the labor market and industry trends to identify potential talent pools.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to improve recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using HRIS and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software.,Experience in sourcing and screening candidates using various recruitment channels.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
