📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and pies, according to recipes and standards.,Ensure that all pastries are of the highest quality, both in taste and appearance.,Maintain and clean all kitchen equipment and utensils to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.,Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of all staff members.,Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all food products are prepared and served on time.,Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the pastry industry.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
