📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining patient records.
  • Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Participating in staff meetings and continuing education programs to enhance professional skills.
  • Assisting in the management of the nursing unit, including inventory and equipment maintenance.
  • Promoting a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and colleagues.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
  • Active nursing license in Indonesia.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare facility.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
