Resto Dian Butik is seeking a highly skilled Lab Technician to join our team. We are a well-established restaurant located in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat, and we are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to help us maintain our high standards of food quality and safety.

As a Lab Technician, you will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure that our food products meet all health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining and calibrating our laboratory equipment, as well as training and supervising our junior staff.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Performing various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment.
  • Supervising and training junior staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Analyzing and interpreting test results.
  • Preparing and maintaining laboratory records and reports.
  • Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a food laboratory setting.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance standards and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software.
