In this role, you will work closely with our team of senior accountants, gaining hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, and other accounting software. You will also have the opportunity to attend webinars and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for US-based clients.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and state regulations.
- Process payroll for US-based clients using ADP or similar software.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns for US-based clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
- Attend webinars and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our accounting processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a US-based environment.
- Familiarity with US GAAP and state regulations.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
