Sehati Yoga Dental Clinic is seeking a dynamic and passionate Junior Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our clinic. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling staff, managing inventory, and ensuring food quality and safety.,Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment for customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about our menu, services, and customer service standards.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Monitor and report on restaurant performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.,Collaborate with other departments within the clinic to ensure a seamless customer experience.,Participate in the development and implementation of new menu items and promotions.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in managing staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with healthcare settings and customer service in a healthcare environment is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
