📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling maintenance, fueling, and vehicle inspections.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards.,Assist in the procurement and ordering of spare parts and fuel for the fleet.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on fleet performance and efficiency.,Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
