📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer preferences.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to develop and test new product formulations, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
• Manage the product development budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the food industry.
• Develop and implement strategies to differentiate our products in the market.
• Oversee the development of packaging and labeling solutions that align with our brand identity.
• Lead and mentor a team of product developers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in food product development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product development, with a proven track record in leading successful product launches.
• Strong understanding of food regulations and safety standards.
• Proficient in using product development software such as JMP, Minitab, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in food safety or quality management is a plus.
