Fast Sky Unggul is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's brand and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality.,Manage inventory and purchasing to optimize costs and ensure ingredient availability.,Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to ensure food safety and efficiency.,Monitor food costs and contribute to the development of budget-friendly recipes.,Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Hold a relevant culinary certificate or degree.,Experience in a similar role in a high-end or upscale restaurant is a plus.
