Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.,Managing and leading the company's workforce, including hiring, training, and performance management.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Monitoring and analyzing financial performance to make informed business decisions.,Representing the company in negotiations and other business dealings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using financial and business management software.,A deep understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
