📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations at Kanzler outlets in Jakarta Barat, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, implementing necessary improvements to service quality.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service standards.
• Collaborate with the Cimory Group management team to drive brand awareness and growth initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food service supervision or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations, with a valid food safety certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service, or a related field preferred.
