📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to support the company's growth and decision-making.
• Monitor and control cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and management, to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Provide training and support to junior staff in financial management and accounting.
• Participate in strategic planning and business development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management and accounting, preferably in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
