In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Area Manager in overseeing operations, managing teams, and ensuring the smooth running of our business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Area Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Oversee and coordinate the work of frontline staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, address concerns, and provide training.,Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans and strategies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality or service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software used in the hospitality industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
