📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of Alfamart stores in Bali, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor operations, sales, and customer service levels.
• Develop and implement training programs for store managers and supervisors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the regional management team to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the retail market.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall growth of Alfamart in Bali.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
