Airbnb is looking for an experienced Staff Platform Manager to join our GTM & Ops Tooling team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our platform tools to support our global growth and operational efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the GTM & Ops Tooling team, ensuring alignment with Airbnb's strategic goals.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance the performance and scalability of our platform tools.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges.,Drive the adoption and utilization of our platform tools across Airbnb's global operations.,Monitor and analyze tooling performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in platform tooling and management.,Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of platform tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in platform management, tooling, or a similar role in a tech-driven organization.,Strong understanding of GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies and operational processes.,Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling platform tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of software development lifecycle.,Knowledge of cloud platforms and tools is a plus.
