As a Bank Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with excellent service and support. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone.,Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries accurately and efficiently.,Assist customers with account opening, closing, and maintenance procedures.,Handle cash handling duties, including counting and reconciling cash deposits and withdrawals.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and follow safety and security protocols.,Assist in the preparation of reports and records for internal and regulatory purposes.,Promote cross-selling and up-selling of banking products and services to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a customer service or banking role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with banking software and systems is an advantage.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
