📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the assigned section, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.,Leading and developing a team of Section Heads and staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.,Implementing and monitoring operational procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.,Managing budgets and resources allocated to the section, ensuring financial targets are met.,Collaborating with other departments to coordinate and execute events and promotions.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Providing regular reports and updates to the management on the section's performance and any issues that may arise.,Participating in staff training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational excellence.,Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,A valid ID card and work permit for Indonesia.,Familiarity with the local culture and customs is a plus.,A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
