📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the nursing team and ensure they adhere to the highest standards of patient care.,Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.,Monitor patient progress and ensure timely interventions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Manage the nursing schedule and ensure adequate staffing levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare.,Strong knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus.
