📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics department, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and healthcare providers to ensure the availability and timely delivery of necessary medical resources.,Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that the medical center is stocked with the required supplies and equipment.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.,Provide leadership and guidance to the logistics team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations with overall medical center operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
