📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide technical support and guidance on automotive products and services.
• Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of automotive products and industry standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
