📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Market and sell life insurance and investment products to Panin Bank customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and bank staff.
- Use Salesforce to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
- Conduct financial needs assessments to tailor insurance solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
- Stay updated with industry trends and company policies.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, banking, or insurance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and financial services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid SIKA (Surat Izin Kerja Agent) and life insurance license.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
