PT Inti Cendana is seeking a dedicated Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR department in managing employee relations, recruitment, and other HR functions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and training records.,Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.,Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
